Alice Grist is the author of two books. The High Heeled Guide to Enlightenment and second Prediction Magazine Award Winning (Best Book), The High Heeled Guide to Spiritual Living (July 2011). Both books are published Soul Rocks and have attracted much reader and reviewer acclaim. Alice is working on her third book which is a personal and spiritual account of her first pregnancy.

Alice is a frequent contributor to many magazines and online lifestyle sites including regular blogs on Huffington Post, often writing about spirituality in her own quirky, accessible and fierce style. She is a frequent guest on many TV and radio shows.

Alice lives in the UK with her musician husband, their cats, rabbit and their first child is very much on her way! She is currently studying NLP, hypnotherapy and shamanic practice. She hopes to combine these with her tarot reading practice to create a new holistic therapy practice. When not working she loves to eat, drink and be merry with friends and family. She has recently taken up painting, adores cooking and likes to get her fingers mucky in the garden. Huge vegetarian animal lover with vegan ambition.
